Delay in shipping
We will be away from the office until the 2/4/18. All orders placed between 16/3/18 and 2/4/18 will be dispatched from the 3/4/18. Please refer to the 'Shipping Policy' in this section for turn around times once we return.
Your privacy is very important to us! Collection of your information is only used for the processing of your order and will not be passed on.
We love to get feedback on our products and if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please feel free to email us and we will try and provide you with a solution. We however do not accept refunds or exchanges for 'change of mind' purchases so please choose carefully.

Please allow 1-3 business day for your order to be processed. The majority of our domestic parcels are sent through Australia Post Express however please note that we are not located in an area where 'next day delivery' is available. Parcels sent via express postage are normally delivered in 2+ days.
Once your order has been shipped, an automated message will be sent to your nominated email with your orders tracking number.
